NLCS Hub app for iPhone and iPad

The NLCS Hub is a student-powered, academic partnership programme designed to be as individual as each of our schools while drawing on the power of the wider network.

The ‘hub’ model allows us to form, and benefit from, a larger and more powerful cross-functional eco-system in which to showcase the best of our global academic and thought leadership.

We pride ourselves on the exceptional education offered by NLCS schools, however, to be exceptional, we also have to be seen to be exceptional. The NLCS Hub provides a platform for this that aligns with the IB Learner Profile’s values of global engagement, open-minded thinking and inquiring learners. With the social and economic uncertainty caused by a global pandemic and the press reporting on a ‘Lost Generation’ of children unable to access, or being forced out of education, the Hub allows us to provide a strategic response to the current landscape that the whole of NLCS can unite behind. This app is a critical step towards achieving this goal.

The app allows students to view articles, weekly bulletin, weekly menu, podcast, and house competition results.
